But I heard God’s voice audibly this time, “Leave the window down. She is just hungry.” That was all He said, and it was all that was needed. I felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit and I simply put the lid back on my grilled chicken salad and I handed it out the window to the lady.

“Here,” I said, “I just got this for you.”

“Thank you mister. I am so hungry. God bless you.”

I gave her a gospel tract and I drove back to the office. Why didn’t I go back and get another salad you might ask? Well, again, God touched me in a subtle way and said, “Go back to work. It’s not time to eat. Take a small fast and be present with Me for the rest of your day.”
